About the Role

We are looking for a Growth & Community Insights Associate to support how our platforms grow.

This role focuses on understanding people, behavior, and the local market, then translating those insights into clear, practical recommendations that support growth, adoption, and trust.

This is not a senior marketing role and not a purely operational role. It is a thinking + execution support role for someone who enjoys observing patterns, asking the right questions, and helping shape direction in a growing startup.


About Our Platforms

Juaso is a Ghana-focused digital commerce platform that allows individuals to shop for personal use and enables businesses to buy goods in bulk for resale. Juaso also includes a Business Directory designed to help users discover, trust, and engage with local businesses.

FlexRoute is a logistics and delivery platform that supports the movement of goods and services across Ghana for both businesses and everyday users.

Together, these platforms are being built to solve real local challenges around access, visibility, trust, and delivery.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

In this role, you will:

  • Gather and document insights from users, vendors, and partners
  • Observe how people interact with the platforms and identify friction points
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research
  • Identify patterns that affect trust, adoption, and engagement
  • Share clear, structured insights that inform:
    • Growth planning
    • Marketing direction
    • Messaging and communication clarity
  • Support community-driven decision-making across Juaso and FlexRoute

Your work will directly influence how growth decisions are made.


You’ll Work Closely With

  • Platform founders and leadership
  • Marketing and operations team members
  • Vendors, users, and community stakeholders

This is a collaborative role with direct exposure to decision-making.

Required

  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to organize observations into clear recommendations
  • Comfort with evolving systems and limited structure

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in research, marketing support, community engagement, or customer insights
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, marketplaces, or startups
  • Understanding of how trust and word-of-mouth influence adoption in Ghana
