FlexRoute is a logistics and delivery platform built for Ghana, designed to support local deliveries and cross-border (US → Ghana) door-to-door coordination. We work with independent drivers, vendors, and businesses to move goods efficiently while building systems that actually work in real Ghanaian conditions.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support FlexRoute’s day-to-day logistics operations. This role is focused on coordination, communication, and workflow execution.

You’ll work closely with:

Drivers
Vendors
Internal teams to ensure deliveries, coordination, and issue resolution run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Operations

Coordinate delivery requests between vendors and drivers
Monitor delivery statuses and follow up on delays or issues
Support local Ghana deliveries and cross-border shipment coordination
Maintain accurate logistics records, updates, and reports
Assist with job board / delivery request workflows

Communication & Coordination

Serve as a communication bridge between drivers, vendors, and internal teams
Handle operational questions, delivery concerns, and escalations calmly and clearly
Support drivers with onboarding guidance and basic operational questions

Process & Support

Help document logistics workflows and operational processes
Flag recurring issues and suggest operational improvements
Support launch-phase operations as FlexRoute scales gradually

What We’re Looking For

Required

Experience or strong exposure to logistics, delivery coordination, or operations
Clear communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving processes
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Willingness to learn Ghana-specific logistics realities

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

Experience with logistics brokerage, load boards, or coordination workflows
Exposure to cross-border logistics or import/export processes
Experience working with drivers, vendors, or field operations
CRM, ticketing, or operations tools experience
