Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Content Specialist (Multimedia Designer) at BC Services Hub located in Tema. The role involves creating multimedia content, producing videos, designing graphics, developing web designs, and graphic design work on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
🔹 Graphic Design & Branding
- Create daily flyers, promotional ads, and social media graphics for all business platforms.
- Design visual branding elements to maintain a cohesive look across platforms.
🔹 Video Editing & Animation
- Produce explainer videos and how-to content for company platforms.
- Create motion graphics & animated ads to enhance marketing campaigns.
- Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
🔹 Social Media Content Creation
- Develop engaging visuals optimized for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns.
🔹 Brand Consistency & Content Strategy
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and messaging.
- Research design & marketing trends to keep visuals modern and effective.
🔹 Collaboration & Project Management
- Work with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver campaigns on time.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or Motion Graphics (2+ years preferred).
· Strong portfolio showcasing flyers, animations, and video content.
· Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
· Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Blender for animation & editing.
· Understanding of social media content strategies and platform-specific requirements.
· Creativity & storytelling skills to make engaging and high-converting content.
· Strong time management & multitasking abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
